油脂均相加氢催化剂的研制及氢化工艺条件的研究 被引量:5

STUDY ON HOMOGENEOUS CATALYST OF OIL ANDFAT AND TECHNOLOGY CONDITION OF HYDROGENATION

摘要 本文通过多步有机合成反应制备一种含金属Ru的固载化均相催化剂,该催化剂是经聚苯乙烯氯甲基化、膦化,最后与Ru的氯化物反应而生成的。我们使用单元镍催化剂(PRICAT9900)、均相催化剂和固载化均相催化剂对精制大豆油的氢化性能进行了比较研究。同时讨论了该氢化体系的温度和催化剂的浓度对氢化活性和选择性的影响。结果表明均相催化剂对大豆油的氢化有比镍催化剂更好的活性和选择性。 A method was investigated to synthesize a heterogenized homogeneous cata-lyst with Ru cornplex through organic synthetic reactions, The polymer supported Ru com-plex catalyst was prepared from polystyrene beads throuhg chloromethylation,phosphina-tion,and reaction with Ruthenium chloride. The nickel catalyst(PRICAT9900),the homoge-neous catalyst and heterogenized homogeneous catalyst were compared for hydrogenation ofsoybean oil.The effects of temperature and catalyst concentration on hydrogenation activityand selectivity were discussed.The result showed that the homogeneous catalysts had higheractivity and selectivity than that of the Nickel catalyst when hydrogenating the soybean oil.
