摘要
本文把Ｍｉｎａｍｉ等的超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）光还原ＮＢＴ法和丁克祥等的微量指血ＳＯＤ快速测定方法结合起来并进行一些改进。经验证本方法重复性好，既能应用于测动物肝中的ＳＯＤ，又能应用于动物和人全血中的ＳＯＤ，操作简便，用血量少，不需特殊设备和试剂，适于临床和科研工作。

determination of SOD was founded. After verifying experiments. good repetitions wereobtained.
This method can be used for determination of SOD not only in animals′livers . but alsoin animals
′or human beings′ blood , which is simple and consumes relatively less blood . and
cantherefore be used both in research and clinical work.
