摘要
从23 ~24 ℃开始,每4~5 d升高水温1 ℃,终至26~27 ℃,并用亚心形扁藻(Platymonas subcordiformis)、三角褐指藻(Phaeodactylar triconrutum)及辅助饲料投喂培育,促进珠母贝[Pinctada margaritifera (Linne)]亲贝性腺发育成熟.用阴干刺激、异性产物刺激及浓扁藻液结合诱导,催产率达100%.
A parent oyster of Pinctada margaritifera (Linne) was indroduced abroad, and then its rearing by artificial ripening gonad and inducing spawn were carried out from March to April in 2004 on Liusha harbor, zhanjiang. The results showed: feeding on Platymonas subcordiformis, Phaeodactylar triconrutum and some mingled forage in warm sea water can induce gonad maturation. Drying in the shade, dipping in concentrated Platymonas sp. solution and stimulating by male sperm solution, the induced spawning rate was at 100%.
