摘要
目的探讨西部边远山区苗族中学生心理健康状态及父母养育方式,比较苗、汉族中学生心理健康与父母养育方式的差异,为少数民族地区中小学开展心理健康教育提供理论依据。方法采用心理健康诊断和父母养育方式问卷对310名苗、汉族中学生进行测查。结果苗族中学生心理健康问题的检出率依次是恐怖倾向、身体症状、自责倾向、过敏倾向。与汉族中学生相比,苗族中学生表现出较高的学习焦虑、自责倾向、过敏倾向、身体症状等。苗族学生的父亲对其子女的保护倾向表现更明显。结论苗族学生尤其是苗族女生心理健康状况不容忽视。
Objective To explore the mental health and parental rearing patterns of Miao nationality, compare the differences between Miao and Han students and to provide basis for mental health education in ethnic areas. Methods Three hundred and ten middle school students of Miao and Han nationalities were investigated by using the MHT and EMBU. Results The mental problems were mainly horror, body symptoms, self-blame and over-sensitive. Compared with Han students, Miao students felt more anxious about study, showed obvious self-blame tendencies, over-sensitive tendencies and had more body symptoms. Fathers of Miao students tended to over-protect their children. Conclusion Mental health of Miao students, especially the female students should be focused on.
