以聚氧乙烯烷基苯酚醚(OP)为原料,合成了氧乙烯链长和单酯含量不同的系列聚氧乙烯烷基苯酚醚磷酸酯,应用静态挂片、线性极化、极化曲线等方法评价了这些表面活性剂在饱和CO2的模拟盐水中的缓蚀效果。结果表明,该类表面活性剂通过抑制阳极反应起到缓蚀作用;在氧乙烯链节数为4~10的4种聚氧乙烯烷基苯酚醚磷酸酯中,氧乙烯链越短,缓蚀效果越好,其中氧乙烯链为4的聚氧乙烯烷基苯酚醚磷酸酯质量浓度为10mg/l时,缓蚀率达90%以上;产物中不同的聚氧乙烯烷基苯酚醚磷酸单、双酯含量对缓蚀性能影响不大,单酯质量分数从29.78%增至91.55%,缓蚀率绝对值仅升高4%。聚氧乙烯烷基苯酚醚磷酸酯与阻垢剂HEDP可以复配使用,构成缓蚀阻垢剂。
A series of octyl-phenol-polyoxyethylene ether phosphates with different oxythylene chain length and monoester content were prepared from octyl-phenol-polyoxyethylene ether, and their inhibition efficiency against corrosion of carbon steel A3 in synthetic brine saturated with CO2 was investigated by weight-loss measurement, polarization curves and linear polarizing method. The experimental results indicated that these products exhibited the corrosion inhibition through inhibiting the anodic reaction and the length of oxythylene chain substantially influenced the efficiency of corrosion inhibition, which could be proved when the oxythylene chain length ranged from 4 to 10, the shorter the length of oxythylene chain, the better the corrosion inhibition. For octyl-phenol-polyoxyethylene ether phosphates with the oxythylene chain of 4, a high efficiency over 90% could be obtained with its mass concentration of 10 mg/l. It is also confirmed that the contents of monoester and diester in these products slightly influenced the corrosion inhibition. The inhibition efficiency of the product is only increased by no more than 4% when its monoester mass fraction of the product increased from 29.78% to 91.55%. Octyl-phenol-polyoxyethylene ether phosphates can be used as the corrosion-scale inhibitor when complexed with sacle inhibitor HEDP without unfavorable effect on each other.
