半导体单壁碳纳米管光电特性研究新进展 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了半导体和金属型两类单壁碳纳米管的快速分类法,概述了它们的发光机理及其最新应用,所做的数值计算与已有的实验结果相一致。 Methods used to distinguish quickly between semicond uc ting and metallic single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs) are introduced,whose lu minescence mechanism and new applications are summarized. Our numerical calculat ion results are consistent with whose of the previous experiments.
