摘要
目的寻求使军队护理人员在军队编制体制改革中尽快适应新形势的方法.方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)问卷进行调查,对3所驻京军队综合医院的在编军人护士进行调查.结果职称为护师、工作年限在6~17年、学历为大专的军队护理人员在此变革中心理问题较多.结论主管部门建立支持系统,引导和培养对事件正确的认识和评价能力,乐观的应对方式和护理人员本身积极调整心态,提高个人整体素质及应激能力对适应新形势尤为重要.
Objective To explore appropriate policies to help military nurses to adapt themselves to the military system reform.(Methods The) Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) was used to investigate the nurses in three military general hospitals in Beijing.(Results In) the period of military system reform,nurses with secondary level of professional title,6~17 working years,and associate degree have much more psychological problems.Conclusions The management departments should establish support system to guide the military nurses to understand and appraise the reform correctly,cope with the reform optimistically,adjust their attitude and psychological status,and improve their own quality and abilities of coping with stress to adapt themselves to the reform.Author's address:Department of Paediatrics,No.309 Clinical Division,the General Hospital of PLA,Beijing 100091,China
