摘要
发热门诊是为筛查传染病而设立的相对独立的科室,人员大多是临时从各科室抽调。为确保工作正常运转,使其真正发挥作用,从建章立制着手,重点进行传染病相关法律法规、消毒隔离制度、专业知识的培训,合理安排班次,适时利用激励机制,使发热门诊成为一个具有凝聚力、团结和谐的团队。
Fever clinic is a relative independent unit to check infectious disease from fever patients.The medical staff working in fever clinic are mostly transferred temporarily from other departments.In order to guarantee the fever clinic to be run smoothly and achieve its function fully,carried out a series of measures,such as establishing the relative rules and regulations,providing training of the laws and regulations of infectious disease,disinfection and separation regulations,and specialty nursing,arranging nursing shifts rationally,applying impetus mechanism timely,and so on.As a result,the fever clinic became a harmonious unit with high cohesion and consolidation.Author's address:Fever Clinic,the General Hospital of PLA,Beijing 100853,China
