摘要
随着经济发展、科技进步,电子垃圾开始出现,并成为困扰世界各国的环境问题。电子垃圾问题在我国亦不容乐观,并有进一步恶化的趋势;欣慰的是,我国政府已经开始重视这个问题,并已着手制定相关法律。本文结合国家发展改革委员会公布的《废旧家电及电子产品回收处理条例》(征求意见稿)的相关规定,对于如何构建我国的电子垃圾法律制度作了一简要探讨。
With the development of economy and science,electrical wastes appear and become a environmental problem perplexing every country。The problem of electrical wastes in our country is not optimistic,and becomes serious;to be gratified,our government attaches importance to it,and begins to draft the law。This paper makes an simple approach about how to draft our legal system of electrical wastes,combining to 《The Rule of Supervising Waste and Old Household Electrical Appliance and Electrical Production》(seeking opinions sketch )
