Research on the Key Techniques of Virtual Endoscopy

摘要 针对实现虚拟内窥镜系统的关键技术,运用基于边界模型的局部特征结构方法实现图像的组织分割;在基于距离变换的基础上,设计了一种新的快速、高效的路径规划算法;利用两步实时处理方法,将一帧场景的绘制分为近景和远景两个部分;提出了基于边界体素的快速光线投射算法;使虚拟内窥镜系统可以接近于实时的速度实现漫游而不明显降低图像的质量。 Key techniques on virtual endoscopy are researched in this paper. We use boundary model and local feature structure to realize tissue segmentation. A new efficient algorithm is presented to solve path planning based on distance transform. As for real time processing, a frame in virtual endoscopy is divided into near viewpoint part and far viewpoint part based on volume data characteristics in our method. In the aspect of scene rendering, a ray casting algorithm based on the boundary voxels is proposed. We can voyage in virtual endoscopy system in real time with high quality images to use these techniques.
