摘要
GSM中常用人工检索网元告警信息的方法实现对设备运行状态的监控。由于设备庞大、分散且复杂,告警信息种类就近万种,无法确保及时、准确地检索到新增告警,导致有些重要告警无法及时进行维护和处理,对网络运行的安全性和可靠性造成较大的威胁。分析了传统人机交互的缺点,提出了适合GSM的新的人机交互策略,同时给出了一个自动检索案例。
The method of manual searching network element alarm information is often taken to realize equipment supervision in GSM. However, because of the hugeness, decentralization and complication of equipments, only alarm information has near ten thousands of categories, so manual searching cant insure getting and dealing new alarm promptly and accurately ; this will imperils the security and reliability of mobile communication network. Hence, after analyzing the shortcoming of traditional human computer interaction search method, a new human computer interaction strategy fitting for GSM is put forward in this paper , meanwhile a successful auto search case is also provided.
