摘要
串珠镰刀菌毒素(moniliformin)对玉米胚根的生长具有明显的抑制作用,而且不同的品种对毒素具有明显的抗性差异。在所选用的三种培养基中,Richard培养基比Czapek和PS更利于Fusarium moniliforme Sheldon的生长,且比Czapek更利于其毒素的产生。5个菌株在菌丝生长量及所产毒素对玉米胚根生长的抑制作用上无显著差异。高压灭菌法和过滤法所得粗提毒素的毒性无显著差异。在15—30℃范围内,菌体干物重随温度的上升而增加,而毒素含量则在20℃时出现峰值,菌体干物重与毒素含量不呈正相关。
Corn embryonic root growth was significantly reduced by moniliformin, a toxin produced by Fusarium moniliforme Sheldon. Significantly different reactions to the toxin were observed when different corn varieties were used. Among the 3 media given in this study, Richard provided better mycelium production than Czapek and PS, and better moniliformin production than Czapek. There were no significant differences observed either in mycelia and the toxin production, or in reducing root growth, among the 5 F. moniliforme isolates tested. Two toxin extracting methods, sterilizing with high-pressure and filtering by bacterial filter, resulted in no difference in toxicity. Dry weight of mycelium increased with increasing of temperature in the range of 15 - 30℃ , whereas, the toxin-production peak appeared at 20 ℃. There was no positive correlation between dry weight of mycelium and amount of the toxin production.
