摘要
以双酚A、三氯氧磷和苯酚为原料合成四苯基双酚A二磷酸酯(BDP),采用单因素实验法讨论了原料的摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对目的产物收率的影响,确定了合成BDP的适宜的反应条件:三氯氧磷、双酚A与苯酚的摩尔比为5.5:1:4.04;缩聚反应温度在105~118℃,反应时间以4h为宜;在封端反应阶段,反应初期的适宜温度为120℃、后期以150℃为佳,适宜的反应时间为5 h,在该条件下收率为86.7%.
The synthetic method of Oligomeric bisphenol-A bis (diphenyl phosphate) from bisphenol-A, phosphorus oxychloride and phenol was studied. The effects of reactant molecular ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on the reaction yield were studied. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows:phosphorus oxychloride: bisphenol-A: phenol=5.5∶1∶4.04(molar ratio).Thereaction temperature is 105 ~118 ℃and thereaction timeis4hatthe condensation stage. At the end capping stage, the reaction temperature is 120 ℃ at first and then 150 ℃, and the reaction time is 5 h. Under the optimum reaction conditions the yield of the product can be up to 86.7% .
