摘要
目的探讨大豆异黄酮对大鼠的心肌电生理效应.方法采用微电极电生理技术观察大豆异黄酮对麻醉大鼠心肌电生理效应.结果大豆异黄酮可缩短大鼠心肌动作电位复极化50%的时间(APD50,P<0.001)及复极化90%的时间(APD90,P<0.01).结论大豆异黄酮可缩短心肌动作电位时程,其机制可能与阻滞钙通道有关.
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of the parameters of action potential in myocardium of rats.MethodsWe use the suspended micropipette electrode technique to record the action potential of rats myocardium and analyse the parameters of action potential by computer.ResultsSoybean isoflavones could reduce APD_(50) before administration(P<(0.001)). After given verapamil 5 mg/kg, APD_(50) decresaed from ((78.5)±(4.4))ms to((26.4)±(3.8))(P<(0.001)) ms,APD_(90) decresaed from((125.4)±(5.7))ms to((60.6)±(6.8))(P<(0.01))ms, repectively.ConclusionSoybean isoflavones can reduce the action potential duration and its possible mechanism have relevance to Ca2+ channel blockade.
