摘要
在凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei Boon)的种苗培育中,试验使用复合微生物制剂——甘菌露(有益菌在水体中的含量为103~105个/mL)。试验结果如下:试验组成活率达55.7%,而药物组和对照组成活率分别为30.5%,15.5%;把刚刚孵化出的凡纳滨对虾无节幼体培育至仔虾第一期幼体,试验组所需时间为230.9h,分别比药物组和对照组提前42.0h和24.0h;整个育苗过程中,试验组育苗水体的理、化、生物环境明显优于药物组和对照组:pH值在7.8~8.2范围内波动,且始终保持在较佳水平,DO值在7.55mg/L以上,保持了较高的水平,NH3-N和COD值分别为0.16~0.25mg/L、3.95~5.81mg/L,除在育苗初期高于试验组和对照组外,育苗过程中均在正常范围内波动,异养细菌的变化范围为2.1×105~1.9×106个/mL,弧菌数较低,在100个/mL以下;且试验组培育的虾苗较药物组和对照组培育的虾苗整齐、活力好。
A microecological compound agent Ganjunlu (GJL for short) was used i n junior breeding experiment. The results showed that: the livability of the ex periment group was 55.7%, while the medicine group and the control group were 3 0.5%, 15.5% respectively; the time that the larva grew up to the junior no.1 s tage was 230.9h in the experiment group, that was 42.0h less than that of medici ne group; 24.0h shorter that that in control group. All the physiochemical and biological indicators of the water in experiment group were better than other tw o groups in : pH value of 7.8~8.2, DO over 7.55mg/L, NH3-N content of 0.16~0. 25mg/L,and COD of 3.95~5.81mg/L, these indicators fluctuated in normal range bu t higher in the early stage. The anaerobe content varied in the range of 2.1× 10 5~1.9×10 6 cfu/mL and the Vibro sp.. remained below 100 cfu/mL. The shrimp in the experiment group were evener and more vigorous than in other two groups.
