摘要
选择HTPB推进剂作为复合固体推进剂燃速标准物质的候选物,介绍了它的配方和工艺,进行了均匀性和 3年稳定性检验,其结果满足要求。采用声发射和靶线两种不同原理的方法定值,并根据ISO导则 1993 (E)评定了定值的不确定度,得出燃速标准物质的标准值为 10. 229mm/s,合成标准不确定度为 0. 076mm/s(测试条件: 7MPa, 20℃下)。
The HTPB propellant was selected as the primary standard material of burning rate measurement.Its formulation and preparation were introduced.The test results of the verification of uniformity and three-year stability meet the requirements.Two definite value methods with different principles (acoustic emission method and target wire method) were used,and uncertainty of definite value was evaluated according to ISO 1993(E).The standard value of burning rate standard material was defined as 10.229mm/s and its uncertainty was 0.076mm/s (under the measurement condition of 7MPa,20℃).
