摘要
针对制造企业在实施生产管理信息化过程中存在的问题,提出以制造执行系统(MES)为核心的三层结构———企业资源计划(ERP) /制造执行系统(MES) /过程控制系统(PCS)的生产管理信息化的实施方案,用于解决生产与计划相互脱节的难题,实现了车间的现场调度、生产过程控制、在线质量控制,以及对生产过程中“非常规信息”的控制与管理,加强了制造计划的可执行性。
Aiming at the existing problems of information management system for manufacturing shop floor,a three-hierarchy architecture information system composed of ERP,MES and PCS is proposed, in which MES is responsible for the central manufacturing information management as the interface between ERP and PCS. This architecture provides solutions for the problems in production scheduling,process control and on-line quality control and unnormal information control in manufacturing shop floor.
