摘要
本文着重从大学生拓展计划的有效实施和长效管理出发,探讨加强对“大学生素质拓展计划”评估管理的方法和模式,提出了对素质拓展项目要建立“前评估、后评价”的闭环管理体系,并且从促动院系进一步做好素质拓展工作出发,建立基于“平衡计分卡”
Aimed at efficient enforcement and long-term management of college students' quality development, this thesis discusses the evaluation management method and model of quality development plan. The paper also holds that pre-evaluation and post-judgment management system is needed in the plan, and a check-up system based on balanced calculation should be set up to encourage university and department leaders to further develop this plan.
