摘要
本文以 Sn Cl4· 5 H2 O、Sb Cl3 和 Nd2 O3 为原料制备了 Nd和 Sb掺杂 Sn O2 导电粉体 ,用红外光谱法测定了该粉体的光谱。在 730— 6 2 0 cm-1范围 ,有个宽的吸收峰 ,在 4 0 0 0— 2 80 0 cm-1范围有强吸收。
Nd and Sb doped SnO_2 conductive powder were prepared by the coprecipitation method with SnCl_4·5H_2O、SbCl_3 and Nd_2O_3 as the raw materials.Infrared absorption spectra of the precursors dried at 100℃ and calcined at 750℃ were determined with a infrared spectrophotomerer by potassium bromide disc method respectively.FTIR spectra showed that the vibration peak are wide peak in 731—617cm -1,the Nd and Sb doped SnO_2 conductive powder have intense absorption in 4000—2800cm -1.
