摘要
目的:观察组织工程化人工皮肤的细胞外基质(ECM)功能。方法:3H-脯氨酸掺入实验,天狼星红染色,AB-PAS染色。结果:组织工程化人工皮肤天狼星红染色和AB-PAS染色阳性,3H-脯氨酸掺入值增高。结论:这种组织工程化人工皮肤可以合成、分泌细胞外基质。
Objective: To observe the extracellular matix (ECM) metabolism of cultured composite artificial skin. Methods: The ECM collagen synthesis was examined by 3H-TdR incorporation experiment, Sirius Res staining and proteoglycan staining. Proteoglycan synthesis was examined by AB- PAS staining. Results: The results showed that the cultured composite artificial skin had the functions of synthesizing proteoglycan demonstrated by AB - PAS staining and of synthesizing and excreting collagens by Sirius Res staining. Conclusion: The cultured composite artificial skin has the similar ECM metabolism function compared with natural skin.
