解剖M型与脉冲多普勒检测左心室等容舒张时间的研究 被引量:9

Measuring left ventricular isovolumic relaxation time with anatomical M-mode echocardiography and pulsed Doppler

摘要 目的 探讨直线解剖M型超声心动图测定左心室等容舒张时间(IVRT)的可行性。方法 正常对照组和高血压合并舒张功能轻度减退(松弛性异常)患者各20人。由两位有经验的超声医师在双盲状态下分别采用脉冲多普勒和解剖M型超声心动图测定两组受试对象的左心室等容舒张时间(IVRTd和IVRTm)。结果 两检查者用同一种方法检测同一组研究对象的IVRTd和IVRTm,其均数和变异系数差异均无显著性意义(P>0. 05)。两检查者用两种不同方法检测同一组研究对象,其IVRTd的变异系数均>IVRTm的变异系数,所得到的4组数据中有3组差异均有显著性意义(P<0. 05)。结论 采用解剖M型超声心动图测定左心室IVRT是可行的,其测定结果的变异性小于脉冲多普勒方法,并提示多道解剖M型超声是心血管运动时间间期测定的一种新途径。 Objective To study the feasibility of anatomical M mode echocardiography for measuring left ventricular isovolumic relaxation time(IVRT). Methods Twenty hypertension patients with abnormal left ventricular diastolic function and twenty normal controls were investigated. Two skillful doctors measured left ventricular isovolumic relaxation time with anatomical M mode echocardiography and pulsed Doppler(IVRTm and IVRTd) respectively in double blind condition. Results The mean and coefficient of variation of IVRTd and IVRTm were not significantly different(P> 0.05 ) when two doctors measured the same group patients with the same method. The coefficient of variation of IVRTd was bigger than that of IVRTm when two doctors measured the same group patients with two different methods. In four sets of data, three ones showed significant difference(P< 0.05 ). Conclusions Using anatomic M mode echocardiography to measure left ventricular IVRT is feasibility. The coefficient of variation of IVRTm is smaller than that of IVRTd. The study suggested multiple curves anatomic M mode echocardiography is a new way to measure interval of cardiovascular movement.
