姜黄素调节小鼠免疫功能的实验研究 被引量:46

摘要 目的 探讨姜黄素对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用及其可能机制。方法 通过噻唑蓝(MTT) 比色法研究姜黄素对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖及小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能的影响; 用Western -blot法检测脾淋巴细胞胞核NF- κB p65 蛋白的表达。结果 姜黄素能够增加小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能; 小剂量姜黄素能够增加小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖; 大剂量姜黄素能够抑制小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖; 姜黄素能够抑制脾淋巴细胞胞核NF- κB p65 蛋白的表达。结论 姜黄素具有调节机体免疫功能的作用, 且与剂量相关; 可能的机制与抑制NF κB的活性有关。 Objective To investigate the effect of curcumin on the immundogical function of the mice. Methods The effects of curcumin on the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes and on the function of phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages were determined with MTT test, and the expression of the nucleoprotein NF-κB p65 in spleen lymphocytes was detected with Western blot. Results Curcumin enhanced the function of phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages. Low-dose curcumin upregulated but high-dose curcumin suppressed the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes. Curcumin suppressed the expression of NF-κB p65. Conclusion Curcumin has an important role in regulating the immunological function of the!mice in a dose-dependent manner, and the possible mechanism is correlated with suppressing the activity of NF-κB p65.
