摘要
新出现的树枝状聚合物,因其独特的空腔结构、多核中心、表面多官能团、天然的纳米尺寸以及非生物材料的性质,使得它有望成为一种新一代药物和基因载体.本文综述了树枝状聚合物在药物和基因载体方面的发展和研究近况,同时也简单介绍了其合成方法.
A new type of tree-like polymers is known as dendrimers. They are highly branched structure and a three-dimension shape. Their dendritic structure consists of a core molecule with two or more functional groups. Its development and research of anostructural dendrimers for drug delivery and gene transfer are concluded. Their synthetic methods are introduced.
