摘要
建立起精锻件模具结构优化的数学评估模型,结合有限元仿真技术对不同模具结构参数(凹模入口角、工作带长度、锥形角等)下的金属成形过程进行分析,找出最佳的模具结构参数组合,从而达到实现模具结构优化的目的。最后,本文还以汽车球头销锻件为例,对球头预成形工序锥形角大小的控制进行分析,证实该方法的科学性和有效性。
A mathematical evaluation model for die structure optimization is set up in this paper first. Then finite element simulation technology combining with the model is used to analyze metal forming procedure under different die structure parameters such as lower die entrance angle, working edge length and taper angle etc. so as to find the best die structure parameters combination. As a result the aim to optimize die structure is reached. At last, a forging part of automotive ball stud is studied as a case which is helpful to prove the scientific feature and validity of the research method.
