Basic integrated marketing theory is described.Problems with marketing in Hangzhou Forklift Company are pointed out and the corresponding integrated marketing architecture is built.Also,sales business flow and enterprise resource planning in integrated marketing mode are discussed.Implementation of integrated marketing has brought the company obvious economic benefits.
