摘要
水产品的检测是实现水产品安全监控的重要手段之一,本文通过分析目前我国水产品污染存在的问题并提出一些检测方案与对策,加强水产品检测体系的建设,实现水产品的无公害生产和冷冻水产品的质量安全,保障广大生产者和消费者根本利益,保障渔业经济可持续发展。
The test of aquatic product is an important means to ensure its safety control.This article analyzes the aquatic product pollution in China and puts forward some of its test schemes and countermeasures,which are to enhance the construction of the test system of aquatic product,to achieve an aquatic production without pollution nuisance,to protect the fundamental interest of producers and consumers and to ensure a sustainable development of fishery.
