摘要
通过荧光光谱滴定法和相溶解度法证实了β-环糊精(β-CD)与喜树碱(CamptothecinCPT)包合作用,并且测定了在pH=2.0和pH=11.0两种介质中的包结常数分别为119.5和4480.9L/mol,采用IR、DSC和TGA表征了其固体包合物,DSC和TGA同时证实CPT经β-CD包合后的热稳定性有了较大的提高。
For the system of β-CD/CPT, the phase solubility method and fluorescence measurements showed that β-CD and CPT can form inclusion complexes with a ratio of 1:1 under pH values of 2 and 11.The corresponding inclusion constants are 1.19 × 10~2 L/mol and 4.48 × 10~3 L/mol, respectively. The solid inclusion complexes of β-CD/CPT were also prepared, and the results of IR,DSC indicated that there exist novel crystalline structures for inclusion complex.
