摘要
在总结毛细管电动色谱的基础上,提出了新型的三甲基硅基键合相微乳液毛细管电动色谱模式,并指出了该模式对于高效毛细管电泳走进常规工业分析领域的意义.
Based on the summary of capillary electrokinetic chromatography, novel trimethylsilyl-bonded phase microemulsion capillary electrokinetic chromatography is put forward. Also, the meaning is analyzed that this novel mode can promote the application of capillary electrophoresis in the field of general industrial analysis.
