摘要
针对工业应用环境,用VisualBasic和Matlab开发出了一套数据分析系统,实现了浑浊度数据分析和实时显示。主要方法是使用浑浊度传感器进行数据采集,采用串行通信方式实现计算机与传感器之间的数据交换,利用软件完成数据的数字滤波,运用Matlab中的信号处理工具对采集信号进行处理与分析。根据分析结果结合控制规则,采用动态连接库技术实现计算机并口输出开关量控制洗涤过程。并以工业洗衣机浑浊度检测系统为例,详细介绍了浑浊度数据分析系统的设计方法。实际应用表明:该系统使用稳定、可靠,适用于各种清洁设备的浑浊度自动检测和水质智能检测。
The data analyzing system of turbidity is designed by Visual Basic and Matlab,the function of data analysis and real-time display is implemented.Based on APMS-10G turbidity sensor, the data is acquired and exchanged with computer by the serial communication method,the digital filter is finished by software,the signals are processed and analyzed by Matlab signal processing tools.According to the analyzed results and control rules,the dynamic link libraries technic is applied,washing process is controlled with the switch quantity output of computer parallel port.Take example for the industrial washing machine,a designing method of data analyzing system is developed.The experimental results show that the system is safe and applicable to auto turbidity and intelligent water quality testing.
