摘要
本文通过计算机数值模拟方法,以液化气梭式窑为实验对象,开发了对梭式窑进行综合模拟的软件包,它可求解出窑墙内各个时刻的瞬态温度分布及其温度场,计算窑体蓄散热,进行燃耗仿真及成本预估等。本文利用所开发的软件对梭式窑窑体的砌筑方式进行了优选,得出了“棉-砖-棉”结构是一种合理砌筑方法的结论;本文还利用该软件进行了综合的仿真研究,探讨了不同窑体砌筑材料,不同烧成时间等因素对梭式窑燃耗的影响,而且还通过模拟计算对窑炉在升温不同阶段的燃耗分配给出了合理的预测。
The fuel consumption of kiln for ceramic shares a very high rate in the general cost of production, so how to reduce the fuel consumption means great significance to the reduction of the cost of products. The method of computer numerical value simulation was used in this paper, with the experiment object of liquefied petroleum gas shuttle kiln, to have created the software in simulating the shuttle kiln synthetically. The software can get the transient temperature distributing and the temperature field, calculate the heat storage and heat dissipation and simulate the fuel consumption. This paper selects the best structure of shuttle kiln with the software, and draws a conclusion that the structure 'brick-cotton-brick' is a reasonable solution. The software is also used to study the effect on the shuttle kiln of many factors like different kiln materials, different firing time, etc. So many instructional opinions were considered in designing the shuttle kiln and producing. Furthermore, the reasonable forecast of fuel consumption distribution at different stages with the temperature rising in the kiln was made by simulating calculation, so reasonable reference was provided for the temperature control in the shuttle kiln.
