摘要
目的了解曼氏裂头蚴病在云南省的流行情况。方法通过现有病例与过去文献报告的病例进行归纳。结果至今云南已报告的裂头蚴病共10例,其中皮下裂头蚴病5例,眼裂头蚴病2例,内脏裂头蚴病3例。其中2例为男性,其余8例均为女性;年龄最小的4岁,最大的46岁;地区分布在昆明、玉溪、曲靖、昭通、思茅及西双版纳等6个地州市;感染的方式和途径可能是误食受感染的剑水蚤,或者是原尾蚴直接经皮肤和粘膜侵入。结论云南省局部地区有曼氏裂头蚴病的流行。
Objective To manifest the prevalence of sparga nosis mansoni in Yunnan province.Method The present and the past cases of spargan osis mansoni in Yunnan were reviewed based on the literature.Results Up to now,there are 10cases have been reported in Yunnan province,including 5case s of endermic sparganosis,2cases of eye sparganosis and 3cases of splanchni c sparganosis.There are 2cases in ma n,and 8cases in woman.The age range o f the patients is from 4to 46.All the cases are found in Kunming,Yuxi,Qujing,Z haotong,Simao and Xishuanbanna.The people perhaps are infected by swallowing the infected Cyclops or by procercoid attack through skin or mucous membrane.Conclusion There are local prevalence of sparga nosis mansoni in Yunnan province.
