摘要
首先结合知识发现的基本概念对知识发现技术在客户关系管理系统中的应用情况进行分析,然后围绕着客户交易和行为以及领域知识,提出了客户关系管理系统的客户知识发现的基本模式,并对这一模式中所涉及的相关知识发现技术进行了深入讨论.最后在这一模式下讨论了一种具体实现.
Based on the essential conception of the knowledge discovery,the technology applied in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is first analyzed. Then the CRM's basic application mode of knowledge discovery based on customer's transaction,behavior data and related domain knowledge is discussed. In the end, a representative knowledge discovery solution to the Customer Relationship Management System in an enterprise is introduced.
