摘要
本文从当前市场态势入手,引出了供应链联盟的概念,对它的含义和特点进行了简单的介绍。针对供应链联盟操作中的风险进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决对策。
Starting from the current market conditions, this paper elicits the concept of Supply Chain Alliance. After simple introductions of the connotation and feature, it analyses the risks in the operation of Supply Chain Alliance and brings forward corresponding countermeasures.
