摘要
建立在亚当·斯密分工理论基础之上的以职能为中心的传统企业管理模式,难以适应日益激烈的竞争环境。Intranet为企业创建以流程而不是以部门、以协作而不是以闭关政策为中心的流程管理模式奠定了基础。在Intranet的基础上,企业通过组建流程导向型的组织结构、流程小组和以协作为中心的企业文化可以构建卓越的业务流程,提高在市场上的竞争力。
Nowadays traditional management model of function-oriented enterprise based on the theory of Adam Smith is difficult to adapt the competitive surroundings. Intranet lays a foundation for the model of process management centered with process and cooperation. On the basis of Intranet, enterprise can build excellent business process and improve abilities to compete in the market by setting up process-oriented organization structure?team work and cooperation -centered enterprise culture.
