苹果黑星病菌在叶组织内的扩展形态 被引量:6

摘要 室内接种试验和田间取样调查结果表明:黑星病菌能侵染感病品种嘎啦和感病砧木MM.106所有龄期的叶片,在叶片角质层下形成大量病斑。在不同龄期的叶片上,病斑大小和菌丝形态差异很大。在幼龄的感病叶片上,黑星病菌菌丝为典型的丝状体,分隔少,边缘平滑,形态规则,病斑面积大,产孢多,外观症状明显。在成熟的抗病叶片上,扩展菌丝常在两表皮细胞交界处分枝,形成并列生长的菌索,菌丝、菌索边缘及未端突出,菌丝分隔多,细胞粗短,不规则,蠕虫状。病斑面积小,不产孢或仅少量产孢,无外观症状。不同龄期叶组织内菌丝形态表明:在发育成熟的抗病叶片上,菌丝扩展受到了来自寄主组织结构方面的阻碍。 Mycelial Configuration of Venturia inaequalis in apple leaves of different ages was investigated using rootstock MM. 106 leaves artificially inoculated with conidia as well as cv. Royal Gala leaves sampled from untreated orchards. Conidia of V. inaequalis were able to infect leaves of all age but the size and my-celial structure of resulting lesions varied greatly with leaf ages. On young leaves, mycelia were smooth edged with few septa, resulting in large visible lesions, which produced a lorge amountel conidia. In contrast, on old leaves mycelia were rough edged, often branched at junction of two epidermal cells and formed rhizomeorph. Hyphal tips protruded from the hyphal edges and endsand cells were short and vermiform. These small lesions were not visible and often did not produce spores. These results suggested that hyphal growth in old apple leaves be hindered by the cuticle cells.
