摘要
为了解两种改构壳聚糖的抗菌性能及不同灭菌方法对其抗菌性能的影响,采用抑菌试验方法进行了试验观察。结果,在37℃条件下作用120min,壳聚糖1对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌最小抑菌浓度分别为2.5mg/L和20mg/L;壳聚糖2对大肠杆菌抑菌效果较强,但对金黄色葡萄球菌无抑菌作用。压力蒸汽和60钴射线辐照灭菌对壳聚糖的抗菌性能均无影响。结论,改构壳聚糖具有较强的抑菌效果,结构中含碘原子的壳聚糖抗菌谱更广。
In order to know the antibacterial property of two kinds of modified chitosan and influence of different sterilization methods on their antibacterial properties, bacteriostatic test method was used to carry out experimental observation. Results: At 37℃ the minimum concentration of chitosan 1 with a 120 min contact time for inhibition of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was 2.5 mg/L and 20 mg/L respectively. Chitosan 2 had stronger inhibiting effect on E. coli, but had no inhibiting effect on S. aureus. Sterilization by autoclaving and 60Co irradiation did not influence the antibacterial properties of chitosan. Conclusion: The modified chitosan has strong bacteriostatic efficacy and the chitosan containing iodine atom in its structure has more broad antibacterial spectrum.
