摘要 酸性氧化电位水是由酸化水生成机电解产生,为观察其对细菌杀灭效果和对乙型肝炎表面抗原破坏作用,采用悬液定量法进行了试验。结果,以含有效氯220mg/L酸性氧化电位水原液对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用5min,杀灭率达到100%;作用20min,对悬液内HBsAg破坏合格。以含55mg/L有效氯的酸性氧化电位水稀释液作用5min,对悬液内大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率均为100%。该酸性水在室温下避光密闭保存20d,可保持氧化还原电位1167mV,pH值2.24,有效氯为107mg/L。结论,该酸性氧化电位水具有良好的杀菌效果,性能比较稳定。 The electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW) is produced by electrolysis in EOW-producing machine. In order to observe its bactericidal efficacy and destructive effect on antigenicity of HBsAg, suspension quantitative method was used to carry out experiment. Results: The stock solution of EOW containing available chlorine 220 mg/L with a 5 min contact time killed 100% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger in suspension and the stock solution with a 20 min contact time destroyed HBsAg in suspension to up to the standard. The killing rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in suspension exposed to dilute solution of EOW containing available chlorine 55 mg/L for 5 min were 100%. After storing in air-tight container protected from light at room temperature for 20 days, the EOW could maintain a redox potential of 1167 mV, pH 2.24 and available chlorine 107 mg/L. Conclusion: The EOW has good germicidal efficacy and is relatively stable.
