绿尔生物抑菌洗手液部分性能的试验观察 被引量:3

摘要 绿尔生物抑菌洗手液为AM生物制剂、丙酸、十二烷基硫酸钠等组成的复方,为了解其抑菌效果与储存稳定性,进行了最小抑菌浓度、稳定性和模拟现场试验。结果,该剂原液对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌最小抑菌浓度为体积分数2.5%;对大肠杆菌最小抑菌浓度为5%。于54℃条件下放置14d,抑菌效果无明显变化。用该洗手液原液进行卫生洗手,对皮肤表面自然菌的抑菌率达90%以上。 Lü-Er Biological Bacteriostatic Hand-washing Solution is a compound prescription composed of AM biological preparation, propionic acid, sodium dodecylsulfate, etc.. In order to know its bacteriostatic efficacy and storing stability, minimum bacterial-inhibiting concentration and stability were tested and simulated on-the-spot trial was carried out. Results: The minimum concentration of its stock solution for inhibiting Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans was 2.5%(v/v) and that for inhibiting Escherichia coli was 5%. Its bacteriostatic efficacy had no obvious change after storing at 54℃ for 14 days. Sanitary washing of hand with its stock solution inhibited over 90% of the natural bacteria on skin.
