摘要
运用面向整车系统的数字化虚拟样机技术,利用大型机械系统动力学仿真分析软件SIM PACK建立了前悬架、后悬架、轮胎及整车的多体系统模型。进行了整车的脉冲输入平顺性及随机输入平顺性仿真分析,分析结果与实车试验结果基本符合,实现了在汽车的设计阶段对其平顺性进行预测及分析的目的。
Applying the vehicle-system-oriented numerical virtual prototype technologythe MBS models of the front suspensionrear suspensiontire and a complete vehicle are created with SIMPACK software.Ride performance with pulse inputs and random inputs is simulated and analyzedand the results are basically conformed to that of actual vehicle tests.With the technology predication and analysis of vehicle ride performance during design phase are realized.
