摘要
针对松嫩流域汛期降水特点,基于地理信息技术(GIS),充分考虑拔海高度、经度、纬度、坡度、坡向等地理因素与汛期降水的关系,建立了地理信息参数与汛期降水量的关系模型,将离散点的降水资料插值到网格点上,解决了降水资料分布不均匀的问题。依托GIS空间查询分析功能和二次开发接口,进行松嫩水系、松嫩流域以及所处行政区域、松嫩流域站点等图层信息的查询服务,实现了松嫩流域面降水量预报的实时动态监测预警。
Based on GIS and the precipitation characteristic of flood period in SongNen drainage area, the correlation coefficients between the geographic factors such as elevation, longitude, latitude, slope, slope trend and the precipitation of flood season are analyzed. At the same time, the correlation models are established. Through the precipitation data processing, the problem of distribution inhomogeneous in precipitation data is solved. On the basis of GIS space request and taping function, the system realizes information request and real-time dynamic monitoring early warning of area precipitation forecast in SongNen river basin.
