摘要
目的:筛选出一种与氟斑牙有较高黏结强度的临床可行的正畸黏结系统。方法:本研究分4组,A组:在干性环境下以京津化学固化型釉质黏合剂黏结托槽,作为对照组。B组:在干性环境下以日本可乐丽公司的化学固化型釉质黏合剂黏结托槽。C、D组:分别在干性、湿性环境下以日本可乐丽公司的SE-BOND光聚合型牙科树脂黏合剂+可乐丽AP-X光固化复合树脂黏结托槽。黏结后置于37℃温箱中,30min后进行剪切强度测试及ARI计分。结果:A、B组的剪切强度分别为2.212MPa和2.233MPa。C、D组的剪切强度分别为4.268MPa和4.253MPa,C、D组与A、B组之间存在显著性差异,A组与B组、C组与D组之间无显著性差异。各组样本在去除托槽时牙面残留黏结剂情况无显著性差异。结论:可乐丽菲露TMSE-BOND牙质粘合用处理剂与氟斑牙界面所达到剪切黏结强度与临床要求有差距,但与传统方法有了很大提高。
Objective: The purpose of this study was to find an adhesive having higher bond strength on mottled enamel . Methods: The samples were devided into four groups: A group(Jing-Jin enamel adhesive used as control group;,B group (Clearfil Liner enamel adhesive;,groups C and D (Clearfil Liner Self-etching primer+AP-XTM were used under dry and moist conditions;.The shear bonding strength and the adhesive remnant index(ARI; are tested. Results: Compared with group A(2.212 MPa; and group B(2.233 MPa;,the shear bonding strengths of group C(4.268MPa; and group D(4.253 MPa; were significantly higher. The adhesive remnant index(ARI; scores of the four way had no significant difference. Conclusion: Clearfil Liner Self-etching adhension method has higher shear bonding strengths then traditional adhension methods.
