摘要
低温胁迫下苜蓿幼苗最大净光合速率、叶绿素荧光强度、Hill反应活性及叶绿素含量均下降,低温光照加剧光合作用的抑制和膜系统的损伤。抗坏血酸预处理可减缓黑暗低温伤害的程度。弱光(50μmolm ̄(-2)s ̄(-1))有利于低温胁迫所致的光合作用抑制的恢复。
hotosynthetie rate,apparent quantum yeild and chorophyll fluorescence of Medicago sativa decreased after cold stress. Photosynthesis was more severely inhibited by cold stress in light than in dark. Cold stress led to chlorophyll degradetion, increasing of MDA contert and electrolyte leakage. These changes were inhanced during cold stress in light. Preteatment with Asc(5m mol/L)could reduce the damage to membrane sys-tems and photosynthetic reaction center(PSII) by cold stress. Illumination under cold stress intensified the extent of injury to membrane systems and photosynthetic appara-tus.The recovery of inhibition of photosynthesis after cold stress was stimulated by low light(50μ mol m ̄(-2)s ̄(-1))。
