摘要
目的:探讨并论述重症急性胰腺炎的临床治疗。方法:阅读关于重症急性胰腺炎临床治疗方面的文献,进行总结。结果:非感染性重症急性胰腺炎以内科治疗为主,感染性重症胰腺炎宜外科手术介入治疗为主。结论:重症急性胰腺炎死亡率高,早期诊断治疗十分重要。早期主要是积极的药物治疗,包括抗生素的使用以防止感染。而外科手术及其他的介入治疗一般只限于感染性坏死的患者。
Objective: To study clinical treatments of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:Reading literatures about severe acute pancreatitis and summarizing them.Resulst:Medical treatments was used for severe acute pancreatitis without infection,surgery and interuention treatments for that complicated with infection.Conclusion:Death rate of severe acute pancreatitis is higher.Early diagnosis and treatment is important,specially medication including antibiotics for preventing infection.Surgery and other intervention methods are applied to necrosis with infection.
