摘要
目的 评价CT导向肺癌组织间125I粒子植入治疗肺癌的临床价值。方法 回顾性分析经病理证实的肺癌27例,其中中心型肺癌16例,周围型肺癌8例,肺癌肺转移3例。27例患者共有病灶33处,平均直径为3 1cm。CT导向下经皮穿刺肺癌组织间植入125I粒子。结果 粒子植入2个月后复查:CR20个,PR8个,NC4个,PD1个,总有效率为84 8%。2个月时随访,粒子移位2例(1粒/例),粒子丢失1例(4粒)。结论 CT导向肺癌组织间125I粒子植入治疗肺癌近期临床疗效显著,是一种微创、安全、高效的治疗肺癌的新方法。
Objective To appraise the clinical value of the method to treat lung cancer,which plant 125 I granule inside cancer with CT guiding.Methods There were 27 cases of lung cancer that proved by pathology examination,among them 16 cases of lung cancer were central type,8 cases were peripheral,and 3 cases are metastasis from lung cancer otherwhere.There're 33 focuses in all 27 patients. The average diameter is 3.1 cm.Pieces of 125 I granule were planted into the focuses after puncture operation with CT guiding.Results 33 focuses of 27 patients,taken further consultation with us after the 125 I granule was planted 2 months later,showing obvious effect in 20 cases,showing medium effect in 8 cases,showing unapparent effect in 4 cases,and no effect only in one case,it was total 84.8% of efficient.Granule moved in 2 cases (1 case per focus),granule not found in one case (4 pieces).Conclusion It makes remarkable effect that planting 125 I granule inside cancer with CT guiding is one kind of advanced,safe,and slight injuring method with high-efficient therapy instrument to lung cancer.
