摘要 布拉格传感器对应变和温度都是敏感的,会出现交叉敏感的问题。解决应变和温度交叉敏感的问题是光纤布拉格光栅传感器进一步发展的关键。本文着重从理论上介绍了布拉格光栅传感器的交叉敏感问题的物理机制,并介绍了主要的光纤布拉格光栅实现应变和温度同时测量的结构和传感模型。 The fiber Bragg grating(FBG) is sensitive to strain and temperature. It will cause the cross-sensitivity problem . It is essential for the development of grating sensor to solve the cross-sensitivity. The paper describes the physical mechanics and several significant test struc- ture and mode.
