摘要
对垃圾集装箱装卸机构进行了创新设计和开发,提出了垃圾集装箱链条式装卸机构,分析了链传动跨距对机构稳定性的影响,研究了铅垂布置的链传动垂度、链条伸长量和链节数之间的相互关系,分析了跳齿现象发生的原因,提出了一种新型防跳齿装置。设备已经批量应用于工程中,应用效果很好,获得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
Loading/unloading mechanism in MSW container was designed and developed innovatively, and the mechanism of chain loading/unloading in MSW container was put forward. The influences of span on the motion stability of chains were discussed, and the relationship among chain sags, chain lengths and chain numbers was studied, and the reasons for tooth-leap were analyzed, and a new-style device preventing tooth-leap was provided. It have been made into products and applied in practice widely, showing considerable economical and social benefits.
