摘要 为了充分合理地开发利用水资源,需要对区域水资源可持续利用水平进行评价和分类,新疆水资源具有分布不均、成分复杂等特点,采用模糊模式识别分析法对新疆水资源可持续利用程度进行评价分析,能较好地考虑区域水资源评价中不确定的因素,以促进水资源的可持续利用。 In order to develop and utilize the water resources fully and rationally it is needed to appraise and classify the sustainable utilization level of the water resources in the region. The water resources available in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region are characterized by their uneven distribution and complicate composition. This paper appraises and analyses the degree of the sustainable utilization of the water resources by means of the analytic approach of fuzzy pattern-recognition and takes into proper consideration uncertain factors in appraising the regional water resources aiming at promoting the sustainable utilization of the water resources.
