摘要
为了提高无刷直流电机的控制效果,运用TMS320LF2407A芯片,建立了无刷直流电机全数字双闭环控制系统,给出了硬件电路设计和部分软件编制方法.并运用Matlab对系统所采用的控制方法进行仿真.结果表明,该系统具有较强的抗干扰能力,当系统在给定转速的阶跃输入下,30ms的时间内进入稳态.能有效抑制转矩、电流脉动,稳定性好.
To improve BLDCM control result, this paper establishes a full digital double closed loop system which uses microprocessor-TMS320LF2407A to control the communication and speed of BLDCM.The thought of hardware and software program-ming is introduced as well. The simulation result, which uses Matlab language, shows freedom from load disturbance. It takes system 30ms to enter steady state under step input of speed. The system can availably control current ripple and torque ripple of motor.
