慢性氟中毒时大鼠催乳素由循环血中清除速率的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文研究了慢性氟中毒大鼠对外源性放射性碘标记催乳素由循环血中的清除速率及其在卵巢和子宫的结合。结果表明:(1)静脉一次性注入放射性^(125)I标记催乳素后10、30、60min慢性氟中毒组和对照组大鼠血浆中残留的总放射及可被特异性抗血清沉淀的放射性基本相同;(2)静脉一次性注入放射性^(125)I标记催乳素后60min慢性氟中毒和对照组大鼠卵巢和子宫的放射性基本相同。这些结果提示慢性氟中毒大鼠催乳素由循环血中的代谢清除率与对照组基本相同。这为慢性氟中毒大鼠血浆中催乳素水平降低的主要机制是垂体激素释放障碍的观点提供了依据。 In present the metabolic clearance rate of extrisic and radioactive prolactin from circulation blood and its bound to ovaries and uteri were studied in rats during chronic fluorosis. The results were as follows- 1) After iv injection of radioactive prolactin labelled with 125I at once, total radioactivity prolactin labelled with 125I at once residual in plasma and its bound with specific anti-serum to prolactin at 10, 30 and 60 minutes were basically identical between chronic fluorosis and control group; 2) At 60 minute after injection of radioactive 125I- prolactin the radioactivities in ovaries and uteri were basically identical between chronic fluorosis and control group also. These results suggest that metabolic clearance rate of prolactin from circulation blood are basically identical between chronic fluorosis and control group, which provide a support to the view that during chronic fluorosis the basic mechanism of decrease in prolactin level in rat plasma is the obstruction of hormone release from pituitary.
