摘要
随机选取新疆和田地区主要蛋品供应源的5大骨干蛋鸡场产的鸡蛋,用荧光分光光度法分别测定蛋清、蛋黄中硒的含量,并计算出鸡蛋的总硒量。结果显示,新疆和田地区鸡蛋的总硒量为1216433±215985~1414708±212009μg/个,硒主要分布在蛋黄。
The egg from five main layer factory in Hetian area were sampled randomly. The Se content in egg white and yolk was determined respectively by the method of fluorospectrophotometer and the total Se content was calculated. The result showed that the total Se content was 12.6433±2.5985~14.4708±2.2009 μg/egg. Se was mainly distributed in yolk.
